Clwyd South AM Ken Skates recently visited a key local employer to talk to staff.
Mr Skates was given a tour of Dee Valley Water on April 8 and chatted with workers.
He said: “I really enjoyed visiting again to catch up with the team. I can always rely on a warm welcome in Rhostyllen, and I’d like to thank staff for their time.
“I learned about the improvements made to services provided by Dee Valley Water, and also met the company’s Unite the Union rep,” added Mr Skates, himself a Unite member.
“I was pleased to learn about the strong industrial relations at Dee Valley, which contribute to good working practices, including the implementation of the Living Wage.”
Dee Valley Water, which became an accredited Living Wage Employer in October, covers 831 square kilometres in North East Wales and the North West of England.
