A Corwen company has been described as ‘a key cog in the local economy’ after a visit from local Assembly Member Ken Skates.
The Clwyd South AM paid tribute to the workforce at Neatcrown after meeting with managing director Ben Griffiths on Friday (November 11).
Mr Skates said: “Neatcrown is a fantastic local company, and a key cog in the local economy. I’ve visited regularly over the years, and it was great to catch up with Ben and hear how well things are going.
“Neatcrown has been based in Corwen for more than 40 years and employs dozens of hard-working local people, who do a fantastic job to keep the company going from strength to strength. It’s great to see it continuing to prosper.”
Neatcrown is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of liquid and powder filling solutions. Ben Griffiths, previously a trustee of a charitable trust with more than 8,000 beneficiaries, has been featured in Who’s Who Business Leaders annually since joining the firm and was awarded Glyndwr University’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
